Refugee Response to Doha Peace Agreement

On July 14th, 2011, the government of Sudan and the LJM Darfur rebels signed an agreement in Doha.  I received this message from a Darfuri refugee leader living in refugee camp in eastern Chad:

Hello my friend. How are you? I hope you are well. I want to inform you that two days ago the intermediacy authorities of negotiation at Doha invited the refugees to be present while signature of peace agreement but all the refugees in twelve camps in eastern Chad refused going to Doha to support that peace agreement because refugees concerns are never addressed by that peace agreement, and also this agreement not include all parties of rebel groups of Darfur, so they think this peace agreement is insufficient about their demands of refugees. Thanks.
