More of Connie’s Responses to Comments–Day 7

Who will return these kids innocence? That is something that will never be restored. The effect that living this way and the ordeal of loosing family and homes, has on all of the refugees is physical and psychological. And will change their lives forever. That is why we must help them regain whatever little bit of dignity can be retuned to them. Amor y Paz, Connie.

Hi Mimi,
It’s great to hear from you again! Yes a lot of the women you see here, Sumaya, Darsalam and their relatives had already met Stacey and Gabe.Isn’t it wonderful that we were able to reconnect and in this way show them that we really do care and that many are interested to know how they are? Yes we will keep safe and thanks for being a witness with us, now we our now obligated to denounce this crime! Amor y Paz, Connie.

Hola Ira,

Amor y Paz, Connie.

MaryAnn,
I know it seems impossible! But other causes have pulled through with the starting help of only grassroots movements. We are witnesses, and now we are morally obligated to do something. You are one of our finest and dearest supporters, together we will continue to pressure our leaders and we will prevail!

We think the roads are to give greater access to the Chadian troops. There are so many other stories to this one big story.
